High Tea @ Sapphire Bar: Where Memorable Afternoons Are Made
Available every afternoon from 2:00–6:00 p.m., our specialty high tea is a real treat for gourmands with and an appreciation for the finer things in life. Live piano music from 2:00–5:00 p.m. also adds a touch of grandeur and finesse to the occasion.
Guests may choose any four (4) of the following items: open face tuna sandwich, English fruit cake, smoked salmon and brie, walnut bread, butterfly cookies, crab salad with croissant, chocolate cake, Parma ham, gherkin foccacia, homemade scones, pita pocket with vegetables or seasonal fresh fruit. These irresistible titbits are served alongside a pot of fine tea—Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Darjeeling, green jasmine, peppermint, chamomile—or a cup of freshly brewed coffee, with the choice of an espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, long black or flat white.
This decadent and delicious afternoon treat is available for only Baht 260++ per person.
